Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 October 2026. Please read this policy alongside your agreed project proposal. For questions, contact contact@digitizedhq.com.

About these terms

These terms apply to enquiries and digital services offered by Digitized HQ through digitizedhq.com. A paid engagement begins when the scope, price and relevant proposal are accepted. Contact contact@digitizedhq.com with questions before accepting a project.

Scope and changes

The proposal identifies the deliverables, supported platforms or systems, client inputs, review stages and excluded work. Additional pages, features, channels or technical tasks require a written scope and price agreement. Build, Grow and Protect are service categories; they do not mean that every type of request is available.

Payments

New clients pay 50% of the agreed project fee in advance and 50% after completion of the agreed work. The proposal specifies the currency, payment method and completion or handover stage. External costs are disclosed and approved before purchase. Ongoing service fees and renewal arrangements are agreed separately; no subscription is created simply by making an enquiry.

Client responsibilities and timing

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback and materials you have permission to use. You must have authority to provide access to any account, website, device or system involved. Delivery dates depend on the agreed requirements and necessary inputs. Delays or scope changes that affect the schedule are discussed with you.

Review and acceptance

Deliverables are reviewed against the agreed scope. Report specific differences so they can be assessed and corrected where appropriate. Revision allowances and approval stages belong in the proposal. New requirements are treated as a scope change rather than an included revision.

Ownership and third-party assets

The proposal identifies which custom deliverables will be handed over and the applicable usage rights. Unless the proposal says otherwise, the agreed rights to custom deliverables transfer after full payment. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets and licences remain subject to their own terms. You retain rights in materials you supply.

Authorised technical work

Remote support and cybersecurity work are limited to the assets and tasks expressly authorised for the engagement. An enquiry does not authorise remote access or testing. Access arrangements and sensitive-data handling must be agreed before access is provided.

Results and external services

Search rankings, marketing reach, sales and complete security are not guaranteed. External platforms and tools operate under their own terms and can change independently. We explain material limitations relevant to the agreed work.

Confidentiality

Non-public project information is used for the engagement and associated administration. Access or disclosure is limited to what the work, an authorised provider or applicable requirements need. Please do not send credentials or confidential customer records in an initial enquiry.

Cancellation and refunds

The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains cancellation requests and how completed work, approved external costs and unused advance payments are handled.

Questions and disagreements

Email contact@digitizedhq.com with your project reference and a description of the concern. We review the agreed scope, correspondence and relevant deliverables to discuss a resolution. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Updates

Changes to these website terms apply to future engagements. Existing project terms are not changed retrospectively without agreement.
