We review the enquiry to understand whether the work is suitable. Where more detail is needed, we clarify the requirements before discussing scope and pricing. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid agreement or authorise remote access.

A short message is enough to start.
You can use this structure: “My business is [business name]. I want to [main goal]. My current website or system is [relevant detail]. My preferred timeframe is [timeframe]. I would like help understanding the scope and cost.” Only include details that you are comfortable sharing through email or WhatsApp.
Existing project questions.
For an active engagement, include the project reference and the specific change or concern. Refund or cancellation enquiries should be sent by email so the request can be reviewed alongside the agreed proposal. Avoid sending payment-card details, passwords or sensitive customer information.
